Step 1
To participate in the challenge, participants are required to first download the end-user license agreement (EULA) of the dataset and sign it either by hand or using a legally recognized electronic signature. Simply typing your name does not constitute a valid signature. The signed EULA should be sent via email to qitianhua@seu.edu.cn.
Step 2
The second step is to complete the online form with the required information.
